Poland vs Greece was such a cracking opening game! The drama was unbelievable. That ref though. I don't watch La Liga, but are Spanish refs really like this? O:

And then the goal fest that was Russia vs Czech Republic!

It's been a great first day. :D

The Spanish refs are like that yes. No contact means no contact. The second yellow was a matter of where the ref was standing I think so it looked like a shove but you can't climb over others in la liga, hence the first.

I wasn't a fan of the first game. Poland kept looking for time on the ball that they didn't have and I was getting frustrated. They needed to pass the ball way quicker than they were. They had that game and then threw it away >___<

Credit to Greece though, they hung in there. It will be interesting to see what the Czechs do now though because I think the group will swing on what they do rather than anything the Polish can do. With Russia scoring so early the game was either going to swing back towards the Czechs as Russia relaxed or lead to Russia scoring many as they did.
